Who we are
The data controller is Nova Property, a real-estate agency in Phuket, Thailand. Data contact: info@vikathai.com.
Data we collect
Name, phone, email and messengers you provide in request forms and chat; your property preferences; technical data (IP, device type) to run the site. For transactions we may need a passport copy and contact address — stored securely with restricted access.
Purposes
Responding to your requests, matching properties, sending personal offers, legal support of the deal, and improving the service. We do not use your data for undisclosed purposes.
Legal basis
Consent, performance of a contract (or pre-contract steps at your request), and the controller's legitimate interests under the PDPA.
Sharing
We may share data with developers and legal advisers only to the extent needed for your transaction, under confidentiality. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Data is kept no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and legal requirements. Passport data is deleted after a deal completes or is cancelled, unless the law requires otherwise.
